רשות ניקוז ונחלים קישון (להלן – הרשות) מחויבת לשמירה על פרטיותך. מטרת מדיניות זו להסביר מהם נוהגי רשות ניקוז ונחלים קישון (מעתה “הרשות”) ביחס לפרטיות המשתמשים באתר הרשות, וכיצד משתמשת הרשות במידע הנמסר לה על-ידי המשתמשים באתר או הנאסף על-ידה בעת השימוש באתר.

The Authority undertakes to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all information provided by the user. In addition, if the information in the Authority’s databases is used for the purpose of personally contacting you, based on your membership in a population group, determined according to one or more characteristics of people whose names are included in the database (“contact with a commercial offer”), then you are entitled under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 to demand in writing from the Authority that the information relating to you be deleted from the database.
